USPS is increasing their rates January 21st 2024, GSSSC Retail will reflect those changes starting February 1st, 2024

 

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS

We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock.  You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.

 

RETURNS

Effective July 1st 2023: Books / Media will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. Goods listed in our Special Offers section, Dated items, and Clearance section are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

With receipt, and within 60 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 60 days or without a receipt, items returned can be exchanged for similar items of equal value. If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Always include a copy of your receipt with a notation indicating:

  • The exact nature of the problem
  • The corrective action you are requesting (store credit, refund or exchange)
  • Your daytime telephone and/or fax number and e-mail address

If you do not have your receipt, please also indicate the transaction number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.

Note that you are always welcome to return items purchased online to our physical store.

 

Mobile Store Return Policy 

Merchandise purchased at a GSSSC Mobile Store is eligible for return up to 60 days post event. Merchandise can be returned in person to the store, or mailed to 8948 W. Barnes Street Boise ID 83709. If mailing, please include a note of which event the item was purchased from and the method of payment.

Any card purchases have to be refunded as a check request due to limitations of the system, please allow up to two weeks from time item is received for check to be processed and sent in the mail.

 

Program Credit Policy

We accept all current, valid Program Credits (previously called Cookie Dough) for in-store and online purchases.

Program Credits should be treated as cash, and as such cannot be used as an original payment type for online purchase. Program Credits can be submitted for reimbursement of online purchases, either in person or by mail. If mailing, for your protection, we recommend insuring the package. Program Credits cannot be reissued if lost in the mail.

Allow two to three weeks from the day it’s received in store to receive reimbursement.  

Program Credits cannot be used to purchase any earned awards and cannot be transferred outside of sisters in the same household. We are unable to give cash-back for Program Credits, any unused Credits at the time of purchase will be donated to local Girl Scouts in need.
