Orders for merchandise viewed through our e-commerce site can be made online and payment made in the form of credit cards or debit cards. We accept the following major debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Off-line orders may be printed and sent by mail together with payment. We also accept e-mailed orders, and recommend that you not e-mail your credit card information. Please include your phone number in your e-mail so we can call for payment. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We accept checks and money orders up to the value of your order. Make these items payable to Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council. We also accept current Cookie Dough issued by our council. Because Cookie Dough spends like cash, we must have it in-hand before we can ship your merchandise. We must receive Cookie Dough before the expiration date printed on it.
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
GOODS OUT OF STOCK
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via e-mail or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct e-mail and telephone details on the order form.
If your order contains multiple items, we can either wait for the out-of-stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.

Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council, Inc. takes great care with the descriptions and photographs of the products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Girl Scouts of Silver Sage Council, Inc. cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability.
CANCELING OR CHANGING ORDERS
If you need to make changes to your order, call us at (208) 377-2011 or e-mail us at [email protected] You can cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch. Altered orders may be subject to a slight delay as the order is repackaged. Please have the order details ready when you contact us.
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 2 business days after receiving your order. We do our best to process items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks.
Our primary Shipping Carrier is U.S. Postal Service (USPS), but other carriers may be used as needed. Standard shipping & handling costs $2.95 for orders under $100, and it's free for orders over $100. If you require expedited or international service, please e-mail us at [email protected]
Some very large, bulky or heavy items may require additional postage charges. This information will be shared in the item description.
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order.
All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging. Goods listed in our Special Offers section, Clearance section, or dated items are not returnable.
With receipt, and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Beyond 30 days, items returned with receipt can be exchanged or we will issue a store credit. If you are returning the item by mail, for your protection we recommend you insure the package. Note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business days after we've received your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Always include a copy of your receipt with a note indicating:
- The exact nature of the problem
- The corrective action you are requesting (store credit, refund or exchange)
- Your daytime telephone number and e-mail address
If you do not have your receipt, please also indicate the transaction number and the name of the person who purchased the order on a separate piece of paper. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
